Summary
Reporting back after a recent meeting with the publisher of the "Householder" screenplay with a list of queries; asking about some related financial matters; making some observations about corrections to the screenplay; feeling overwhelmed -- "rather crazy"-- as Jhab's brother and his family will be arriving from Geneva in two days and she has "no sheets, no pillows, just nothing," necessitating "a gigantic shopping spree, to equip this most ill-equipped of all households"; pointing out that, in addition "the whole of Delhi is on edge" from the record lateness of the monsoon-- while Bombay is flooding; feeling "very jittery wondering what's happening to you"; saying that Worth Tuttle Hedden has told her that "The Householder" is "as close to perfection as anything can come," for which she says she now loves her; telling them to be careful and look after themselves.
