Summary
Expressing deep anger that Satyajit Ray is charging them Rs.10,000 to do the music for "Shakespeare Wallah," and furious on their behalf since they are currently so short on funds; demanding to know "what is this about a train scene?"; arguing at length against it; saying she and Jhab have put "all the cash we had" into "Shakespeare Wallah," or else they would help; chastising Merchant for asking them repeatedly and embarassing them "by making us say no several times over"; admitting she is upset not at them but for them, "because you have no money-- because Ray is squeezing you for Rs.10,000... -- because I feel the train scene would be a mistake-- because everything seemed so right a little while ago and now it all seems so wrong-- for just hundreds of reasons."
