Summary
Enumerating the copies of letters he recently sent to Ivory from the Reserve Bank and the Finance Ministry; acknowledging that in "my past few letters I might have sounded harsh," but insisting that they must produce more films, more cheaply, in order to make some money; asking Ivory to come back to India soon, to "cut your trip to Dinuba" and bring his father to India instead; discussing some materials for the publicity campaign for "The Householder," including some mounted stills currently in Air India's office in New York; telling Ivory not to worry about excess baggage charges but to call Madhur, who has a friend at Air India who will see to it; telling Ivory Jennifer and Shashi are leaving for Kashmir on May 15th and asking Ivory to cable his arrival date.
