Summary
Complaining that after finally receiving a letter from Ivory, he found it contained "absolutely nothing ... except a few pieces of news here and there"; expressing frustration with the Reserve Bank and Columbia, with the government and their dealings with MIP, and repeating his conviction that the Indian distribution of "The Householder" should be turned over to an Indian company; saying "I really cannot go on like this. I will break into pieces"; expressing more frustration with things as they are; asking Ivory to stop mentioning the funding for the actors film ["Shakespeare Wallah"]; saying "Shashi is booked till end [sic] June and can only work in July provided we give him notice in Feb. end [sic]"; repeating "I cannot do anything here just nothing"; saying he will start Kariwala's project in April; asking why "Delhi film" is not finished, when he thought it was.
