Expressing that she is "sick of black pens" and choosing to write in red ink; confirming that she read and enjoyed an article of Wagenknecht's in High Fidelity Magazine; being particularly interested in his "remarks on The Paul Robeson Othello" and the fact that a recording of the performance exists; describing a trip Dorothy Elmhurst gave her to Stratford-Upon-Avon where she saw Robeson's Othello and attended a talk he gave; mentioning that Robeson gave much of the credit for the production to Sam Wanamaker, who played Iago; expressing pleasure that he likes Dorothy Tutin; expressing pleasure at reading his book, "The Movies in the Age of Innocence".
