Summary
Informing that he rarely goes to New York, which is why Cahoon has not seen or heard from him; wishing Cahoon could visit and "straighten out our own library which has been relatively chaotic ever since our move to Gloucester"; reminding that "under Item 9 of our Rule for Member Secular, I should be receiving at least a brief report from you before Eastertide is too long past" so that he will not be removed from their membership roster; notifying that the next chapter meeting will be an important one, so Cahoon should try to attend, and that in future chapter meetings will be held once every three years.
