Assisting the addressee with her work on an article about King; saying that she believes in fairies and that she believes her artistic skill derives from an encounter with them; discussing her current projects, including illustrating The Romaunt of the Rose; writing about her work with batik printing; referring to The Little White Town of Never Weary ("It's not considered literature but children like it!"); recalling her student days at the Glasgow School of Art; writing "I love animals & the country places & woods & a rabbit is my favourite animal[.] I sign all my pottery which I do with a Rabbit & a Green Gate"; including sketches of the latter, as well as her initials, "JMK", and adding "I am never married when I draw"; identifying her husband as "E.A. Taylor, well known artist & writer & etcher"; concluding "Now dear Ladye please cull what you can out of my letter and don't make me sound aggressive or bombastic because I'm not."
