Evidently concerning a petition or subscription on behalf of an unidentified individual and noting that although "there would be no end of these applications to the good nature & kind disposition of the Prince", he knows the case to be one of "infinite misery as described in the petition & as it is subscribed by the Prosecuter himself I could not find it in my heart to refuse sending it."
