Writing to inform Balston that he will be happy to undertake the designs for "the D.C.C." for their dinner on October 27th; informing him that they would like to have him visit "anytime after this month has passed", as they were "unsettled domestically for a long time" and their old nurse is leaving them; sending him a colored proof of a bookplate for the collector H.C. (i.e. Herbert Charles) Coleman.
