Summary: 

Informing him that she was mistaken about the copy of Brighton Rock she lent him and which she told him he could keep, explaining that the book is not her copy but one she borrowed from the library, and she must therefore ask him to return it to her when he is finished with it; wondering what he thinks of it and of her "Waugh article"; writing that she had been out watching people engaged in winter sports on Hampstead Heath, remarking that her car got stuck in the snow, and commenting that it was nice to see him the other day.
