Summary
Discussing his pending divorce from Tilly Losch; describing the behavior of Pavel Tchelitchew and Charles Henri Ford, his house guests during this period; saying that he has had two letters from Edith [Sitwell] in Paris, but he doesn't dare go see her until the divorce is finalized; writing that he doesn't intend to have Ford back to West Dean, but that Tchelitchew "was exceptionally charming whenever Mr. Ford was not about; and on our walks alone his conversation and descriptions of the countryside were invariably brilliant."
