Summary
Asking him to look over a piece he has done on Osbert Sitwell for the British Council "in case I have offended susceptibilities"; remarking that "When all is said and done they stand ... a fine trio. I emerge from an immersion in Osbert gasping with admiration. I note that he is severe on yr friend [Mark] Gertler."
