Summary
Thanking Balston for nominating him for membership in the Garrick Club; providing a capsule autobiography for his application to the Garrick, and mentioning John Carter and Peter Meyer as potential supporters for his nomination; assuring Balston that he has not forgotten about the matter of selling his copy of the Lion and Unicorn Press facsimile of (Wolffgang) Fugger's Handwriting Manual of 1553 and explaining that he needs to find the address for the Chiswick Press Bookshop in New York; urging him to pressure his agent into "chasing Fabers to selling those American rights!"
