Summary
Looking forward to visiting Charlotte on Saturday the 19th; rejoicing that her mother will join, and thus be able to enjoy company as well as talk with Mr. Raikes about possibly purchasing Taplow Lodge; Augusta cannot join, and Edward has gone to London to continue searching for a house to purchase; noting that they were delighted to hear a charity sermon preached by Mr. Jerram, as his eloquence seemed the "united perfection of heart and head"; asking her to tell William that she will envy him if he becomes an inmate of his house; inquiring about why the Squire (likely Charles) does not go to the public schools but will ask more in person; sending love to her and her father.
