Summary
Complimenting Charlotte Susannah's garden and noting that her blooming plants "look the flourishing flower of a happy soul"; remarking on William and Charles' growth; noting that her poor father is complaining of lethargy, and they are expecting Mr. Chester at every moment; thanking Charlotte Susannah for offering to send a carriage for her sisters if it rains; remarking that her father will take is usual ride if possible even though sick; noting that their carriage "shall fetch the party from Bedford Place if the weather will not admit of their walking"; asking Charlotte Susannah if she has accepted the terms and noting that Charlotte can tell Augusta when they meet; lamenting her inability to join but wishing everyone well. Letter continues on "Tuesday": "I could not but compare dear William's robust and manly appearance with his former delicacy when in P. Place - A glorious change!"
