Summary
Saying that the British "constitution" and Britain itself are far from collapsing, as many have predicted. Quoting an unnamed writer who states that they will eventually disappear, like all great things that exist on earth, when the legislative branch becomes more corrupt than the executive branch. This, the writer of the letter says, is the exact opposite of the present situation in England. The executive branch is inadequate because of weakness, routine, or corruption. The legislative branch, on the other hand, is vigorous and energetic because of recent reforms. It possesses, according to the kind of constitution, according to the letter of the law, the ability to reanimate the entire state through the timely/opportune renewal of its people and the legitimate promotion of talent in response to public confidence, in a nation of common sense and freedom.
