Summary
Expressing regret for having missed Sidmouth in London; saying that he was sorry not to have time to consult with Sidmouth and that he hopes he doesn't think that he (Powis) has "done too much under existing Circumstances. We must compromise in some shape or other, the Question must be settled"; adding that unless His Majesty will concede much more than Powis expects he will, he must vote against the bill; mentioning in a postscript that he expects "Lady C to be almost immediately confined which hurries me home again."
