Summary
Complaining of the weather which has been wet and windy; writing that her son has been ill since his return from school, that her husband has "yielded to the advice of 2 doctors who have ordered him to Paris for health & teeth", and that she hopes to arrive in Paris by the 27th or 28th; asking if Madame Blaze de Bury knows of a suitable apartment for them all ("4 girls 1 boy 2 maids - myself - it is awful!"), saying she has not decided which hotel they will go to, that she will need to hire servants, and asking her for advice in the matter.
