Explaining that he is currently detained as a grand juror, that her "business" (i.e. the conclusion of the sale of her property in Ireland) might be concluded before chancery goes out or at the beginning of the next term, that she does not have the right to demand that the purchaser must "name a day when he must sign and seal", and assuring her that he does not foresee any major impediments to the sale and that he expects to see her case "speedily wound up."
