Informing that she will not be able to visit her as soon as she had hoped as she has learned that her brother Edward's ship, the Cressy, will be sailing with the Baltic fleet in early March, and she intends to see him before his departure; promising to write her with the details of her planned arrival (in Paris) and approving the arrangements Madame Blaze de Bury has made for "the imp" (a reference to a serving boy she is bringing with her to Paris at her brother's request); assuring her that her maid, Adeline, is bound to get on well with Blaze de Bury's servant Betsy, as she is exceptionally agreeable and adaptable; asking her to inform Mr. (Gustave de?) Beaumont, should he call to see her, that she will be arriving later.
