Remarking that she has had much "bother" of late, in part on account of the "anxiety & pain for some that are near & dear" to her; informing her that they will go to London for the season on April 2, and that she has looked into Madame Blaze de Bury's "friend in Grosvenor Place", and feels that "all is quite right" and that she should be "delighted" to see Blaze de Bury accept her friend's invitation, adding that "she has a charming house" and speaks "kindly of you"; sending 20 francs for "your porters daughter for my handkerchief".
