Parnell" from an "inward cancer"; notifying her that she might have her doctor send Madame Blaze de Bury a prescription; relating news of friends and acquaintances; mentioning that Lord Derby's speech at Mansion House has "done away with much of the unfavourable impression left by his previous one in the Ho. of Lords" and that an article has been published in the Edinburgh review by "our friend H. Reeve"; lamenting the loss of Lady Morgan.
