Summary
Saying "I send a line to say that I saw Ruskin yesterday & spoke to him a little about your brother. If you could send me any specimens of his work, I think that it would be a good thing. I don't know whether R's hints would be of any value; but he might say something worth notice & wh. would be encouraging & I don't see that it could do any harm. Of course, you must judge for yourself but the creature is evidently anxious to be useful. So if you could send me anything & accompany it with any statements as to your brother's past work & future plans it might be as well. I probably go back to town on the 18th. I cannot write more now but shall have a word or two to say in a few days."
