Summary
Saying "I think that the azaleas will be safely aflower at the end of this month, so I'll say the 28th or 29th of it, if that will suit you. I don't think I shall propose a visit to Mr. Farrer's(?) place until July, when I shall be at Ilkley. I have a fearful accumulation of work on land which, if I don't deal with [illegible], will [illegible] my moral, physical and financial ruin. I may, I think, come up in my motor, unless there's a possibility of that being a bore to you."
