Saying that she never received a copy of Lion Feuchtwanger's The Ugly Duchess from him, but that Country Life sent it to her and she has reviewed it for them; adding that she "thought it a wonderful study, but not great in the sense that Jew Süss appeared to me to be;" saying that she has now finished her own book and she will read Paul Wiegler's Die grosse Liebe and tell him what she thinks.
