Thanking him for sending Paul Wiegler's Die grosse Liebe and promising to read it; thanking him for his offer to send Lion Feuchtwanger's The Ugly Duchess (which she refers to by the English title) and saying that she does not know if she will be reviewing it for Country Life; adding "Jew Süss was a rare book; & it will be very interesting to see what we get from Mr Feuchtwanger now."
