Summary
Document given under the hand of New York Governor Richard Nicolls confirming an original grant made under the Dutch administration to Jan Huygen for a lot of ground within the city, "lying and being on the west side of the broad Highway, between Churchyard, and the Lott of Hendrick Jansen", and giving Dirck Wiggerts "who hath married [Jan Huygen's] widow and relict" rights in the property under the English administration.
