Patent granting Frederick Jansen, ship's carpenter, a house and garden lot on the West side of the "Heere Wegh" between the lot of Jan Huygen and Willem Fredricksen; with endorsement on verso after a new survey of the property had been taken, dated 1659 April 4, and signed by Jaques Cortelyou, surveyor.
