Summary: 

Patent granting Jan Huygen a house and garden lot on Manhattan along the "Heere Wagen Wech" between the churchyard and the lot of Hendrick Jansen; with an addendum dated February 26, 1659, stating the measurements of the property and granting it to Jan Huygen's widow; and a note in the lower corner at left stating that Jan Huygen is deceased and his widow married to Dirck Wiggerts, and giving the dimensions of the premises.
