Summary
Saying that she went to Maine on June 7th and just returned yesterday; describing all the activities she watched Fremstad do during her stay; adding that when she left, she went to see Mary Jewett's garden for a few days and recover; commenting that Thornton Oaskley would do good book illustrations for a book on Provence, and Scribner's would be a good publisher for it; adding that the new review sounds promising and that she wishes we had something of that sort; stating that she is struggling to clear her desk, but can't write more since she is starting for the west soon; sending Miss McClung's greetings, who will be going to Italy while Cather goes to Wyoming.
