Reporting that she has a cold and that Charlotte "has had a bilious attack." Writing about a project surrounding a steam boat, with which Henry Carmichael-Smyth is involved. Letter ends with a note from Alexander Knox regarding supplies that Mrs. Butler should bring from Kolkata.
