Summary
Forwarding a letter from Anne in England. Writing of a family controversy there that is mostly undescribed. Reporting that she is sick with a cold and that Charlotte and Mr. Welchman are well and have moved into their new home. Writing that she would like to have Mrs. Kennedy there to care for her, but "I dare not run the risk of the noise of 4 Children," so Mrs. Farrington is there instead.
