Relating news from his activities while he is away and saying "Mount Charles was on the [illegible] - He saw the King at 2 oclock - and said that he was at that time somewhat recovered from the effects of a bad night;" relating his travel plans before returning to the City; asking, in a postscript, if she would "...keep the Times of tomorrow & Thursday for me if you please."
