Summary
Saying how happy he is to hear that the venison he sent her arrived safely; saying that the Duke of Sussex has been with him but unfortunately he was suffering from an attack of asthma; adding "As to myself excepting the scar on my upper Leg and a good deal of weakness in my right arm, I am pretty well rid of the Effects of my late sad accident : I have already resumed the reins of my Phaeton, and been twice on horseback, but am not altogether yet as strong as I was, but when next we meet, which I trust will be whenever you pass, by any chance, thro' London, (if you will only give me notice of it) I hope you will perceive little difference in my appearance. - As I am going today to Windsor for the first time since my accident, I am a little hurried."
