Summary
Asking to change the time of his visit due to an obligation to be at Windsor the following day; suggesting between 12 and 1 on Thursday and adding that he must also be at Coutts for an appointment at 11 and as he is uncertain of the length of the meeting he is unable to set a specific time "But you may rely on my being as punctual to my time as possible."
