Summary
Thanking her for her inquiries on his behalf for houses in Park lane and Grosvenor Square; saying "At present however I need not give you that trouble, as we have laid out a plan for the next twelvemonth, that will render that now unnecessary, and which I will explain, the first time we meet, being sure before hand that you will approve of it. Till then, I will only add that you may fully depend upon me for your assembly on the Birthday, as I am never so happy as when I can prove my friendship and attachment for you who have ever shown me so much kindness."
