Reporting that George has been suffering from an attack of gout but insists on leaving for Killarney in two days; saying she is happy to hear that she is better and her cough is gone; relating their social activities and gossip of mutual friends; adding, in a postscript, "If you see the Duke of Duke of Devonshire, will you tell him how comfortable his agent Colonel Cassey made us. His possessions in Ireland are too lovely. I admired Lismore Castle more than Chatsworth."
