Summary
Discussing the situation concerning Lord Westmorland and the Stables; referring to the Queen's visit and saying "The only News - is, that There is to be no Book - for Visitors to write down their names at the Pavilion - a Whig trick, I suppose to prevent any one but there own [illegible] from seeing her - only - I believe until George the 4th came here, after having been so long a resident as Prince of Wales there never had been anything of the kind - anywhere - and I doubt if George 3rd had a Book either at Cheltenham or Weymouth;" relating news of additional negotiations on the Stables. .
