Summary
Saying he has postponed his visit to Petworth as Lord Egremont is hoping to come to Brighton to call on the Queen and he hopes to see the Queen also; advising her on the proper exercise for Sultana, the horse he recommended for her; saying they will be christening their fourth son Edward though Lord Egremont is threatening to call him Ned or Neddy or Teddy; commenting on the loss of the generation that "stood between us & the Queen;" discussing, at length, issues surrounding the sale of or rental income from the houses on Grosvenor Street and Tilney Street and suggesting she discuss possible solutions with Mrs. Fitzherbert's Executor; reminding her again about the exercise Sultana requires.
