Summary
Saying that he has received Rosenberg's letter of October 21 and is very grateful for Rosenberg's enthusiasm, energy, and passion that he has for painting. In a few days, he'll write to him again to specify what he'll be able to send him. He congratulates Rosenberg on his success and would like Rosenberg to send him photos [of his works on sale in NY] he needs so he can have a record of [works] that he'll probably never see gain. He was painting in Sicily the entire month of August but is unable to send Rosenberg the small panels he did because it's impossible for him to consider them paintings. They are studies that he uses all the time. Some artists are able to create good works of art immediately, but he is not one of them. But one never knows--that might change one day.
