Summary
Saying she has returned to "...take a few more draughts of the water...I met Doctor Newbolt who you must remember last Autumn at Brussels & who is a sensible person - he desir'd me to return again here & that a week or ten days would restore me & remove the debility the Heat of the weather had occasioned - I have follow'd his advice with great reluctance... I am drinking away as fast as I can but I have not attempted Bathing which certainly did not agree with me but the waters had & I hope now will have this much good effect upon me for really when I went to Spa I was wonderfully well;" describing where she is staying and whom she has seen; adding "I wish I could make myself some years younger & my health better I sh'd then have much pleasure in joining you any where you & George might propose...& I must make up my mind to my arm chair & fire side - I am not fit for any thing else - I hope by the end of this month to set out on my Journey - I trust by that time that the weather will change for really I am so [illegible] by the heat that I dare not undertake my Journey till it is abated which I hope it will soon."
