The letter is undated. The inventory of the collection includes the letter with those written in 1833. The paper is watermarked 1829. The place of writing derived from her mention of Dr. Stone visiting the Baby. She mentioned Stone visiting soon after she arrived back in London (see MA 3498.140).
Address panel with seal to "Hon'ble / Mrs. Dawson Damer / Paris." There is a second address panel which likely contained a note from the Duchess of Gloucester who, according to a postscript on the letter, asked Mrs. Fitzherbert to forward to Minney.
