Summary
Discussing Minney's lack of seal on her letters; saying "I cannot get a frank & therefore you will have to pay for this letter but tho it will cost you a few pence I mean to Seal it - yr last arriv'd without one & gave an opportunity for the people at the post office as well as my Servants amusing themselves by reading the contents - you are a sad giddy girl for before Munster left this place you not only did not Seal his letter but inclos'd two others for him to forward for the Inspection of the public without any Seal whatever;" asking about her plans in order that she might plan to stop by to see her at Hampton Court on her way into London or on her return to Brighton.
