Summary
Discussing Minney's interest in the Grosvenor Street house and saying she is "...very willing to add the five hundred pounds for my only object & wish is to do what will most conduce to your present as well as future comfort & advantage; discussing household staff; relating social news of Brighton, reporting that Louisa has been ill and saying she is "...delighted to her the dear Baby is going on so well;" adding, in a postscript, that she was sorry to hear that Mrs. Earle had died however she believes that Mrs. Earle's house "...would be a delightful one for you if you should find it large enough - best of my recollection it is only a two room'd House - she was so rich that I fear those that succeed to her will probably not like to part with it - there is no harm in making enquiries about it."
