Summary
Expressing her shock at the death of a Lord and expressing her concern for "...poor Lady Charlotte; I hope poor Soul she will be able to bear it without injuring her Health pray when you write give me some account of her for I really love & admire her more than any body I know, for there does not exist a more amiable person - I cannot tell you dearest how much I regret not seeing you for tho' I really think all infection has gone bye still the fear of people respecting us keeps them all away from the House. It is to a pitch of absurdity beyond measure...I really never saw her better in every respect than she is at this moment;" asking her to thank Dawson for his letter and saying she won't be able to get to Bath before they likely return to Town; relating news of social engagements and discussing her travel plans from Brighton; adding "I long to see the dear Baby in her short Cloaths [illegible] says he never saw such a dear little creature always in good humour & never cry's."
