Summary
Discussing the house on George Street and setting out her concerns that given how large it is the expenses to repair it and maintain it would be very high; adding "I think in time you might find one more suited to you & I repeat as I have said before it would be best to take a ready furnish'd House for some months to give you time to look about you; you seem'd so much to wish to have this House that I am sorry if it causes you any disappointment but upon reflection I am sure you will think it is far the best, I think Mr. Carlton's conduct has been very extraordinary. You mention nothing about yourself or the dear Baby I had rather have heard something comfortable about you both than all the Houses in the world."
