Thanking her for the Tunbridge cakes and for her accounts that she and the baby are well and that she has found a wet nurse; suggesting two houses as a possibility for them in London; adding "...there is such a demand for Houses that the people here have rais'd the rent of those already Inhabited of two & four Guineas addition pr. week which every Lady grumbles about but which every one agrees to sooner than give up their Houses;" relating news of her houseguests; asking her to write as she is "...very anxious to hear all about you & your nursery - I am quite happy to hear your Eye is quite well as I felt very much worried about it."
