Summary
Discussing her plans to be with her on the weekend, saying Minney's brother George called on her and said he would visit her in Brighton in ten days; adding "...I said I hop'd Mrs. Seymour would accompany him but she is far gone in a family way & not able to travel he desired a thousand loves to you as to Horace I can hear nothing about him;" telling her a package has arrived by the mail coach for her and is likely to be a birthday present; adding that she bought her a hat "...w'ch I think very pretty it is all the fashion but it is not the sort you wanted however I have agree'd w'h the man if you dont like it to change it;" adding, in a postscript, that she is now delayed and will not arrive until Sunday around 7 or 8 o'clock..
