Summary
Concerning the delivery to the printers of the Second and Third Parts of his Berkeley volume; thanking him for "...all your pencil marks, most of which I had noted as needing change. Pray continue this service, as it touches often what I might overlook. A bad cold confines me - except from Class & 'Berkeley', - and thus I [illegible] yr lecture last night. If the cold is not better, I shall not venture & hear you on Friday - in case of a break down. I refuse all dinner invitations just now. I should much like a little talk with you, if we c'd meet on one of the days you are over, & if you c'd say where & when. I am at College after one on Saturday till late - before one here."
