Summary
Saying that in 1939, he sold only two paintings to Rosenberg: Nu assis en haut and Fleurs Marguerites sur une selle de sculpteur avec fruits [painting called The Daisies?], on which is a red part at the left on which is drawn a woman sitting. He says he shipped these two paintings without having them photographed, so he can't send Edmond photos of them. He goes on to say that he forgot to give Edmond the dimensions of the ones that he did send photos of: La dormeuse (woman sleeping on the corner of a purple table on which there are fruits and leaves); A woman in a striped dress leaning on her elbow on a table--same motif for the table as in the previous painting; Still life with pineapple and leaves; Figure, bust of a woman in a red dress on a "selle", yellow vase containing branches with almond flowers in bloom; La Robe persane [The Persian Dress]--woman in a striped dress, leaning on her elbow near a marble table, with fruits and ?; A woman in an evening dress seated on a Louis XIII chair with a vase of flowers in front of her; and A woman in an embroidered blouse in an interior with an engraved parquet floor, flowers near her. He thinks he's given a complete response and tells him that he is available for additional details.
